Winter is almost upon us in Australia, so it’s time to decide whether you’re going to splurge and buy yourself a new jacket. This year I really really want a super simple grey number (which you may find in the list) and I’ve added in some other great options depending on your style.
New Look Plus Duster Jacket
This is the jacket I’m eyeing off at the moment. I love that you can roll the sleeves up. It’s super simple and you could even use a built to help cinch you in at the waste (if you want!)
I can see this being a long term piece for a really reasonable price, just $69!
Autograph Cropped Denim Jacket
I’m a denim lover and am yet to add a denim jacket to my wardrobe. I had one years ago back in my high school days, but am yet to find one I really like. I’m really into this cropped version by Autograph and think it would really flatter most figures! For $69.99 it’s not a bad investment!
Torrid Drape Twill Anorak Jacket
Anoraks are a great casual option for winter and this is probably the best one I’ve seen. The colour is classic and where the draw string is is super flattering. This would be a great long term piece to add to the wardrobe that you could easily bring out every winter without it dating.
Leather Jacket by Prabal Gurung
If you’ve got some cash to splurge, this is where I would spend it. Prabal Gurung recently did a range for Lane Bryant and the leather jacket is at the top of my list! It oozes designer and chic and would be one of those lifelong jackets you’d still be wearing in 10 years time.
